Tailored Training programmes
It comprises solutions for specific clients' needs and requirements. Abar solutions Ltd could cooperate on the derivation of training requirements to aid our clients on the achievement of their corporate goals. The tailored Training Programs are executed by developing specific training matrix for individuals or groups. Such training matrices are constructed from the client's statement of requirements by combining training components within a given timeframe.
Training Methodology & Support
Training is highly interactive and uses the latest technology and training techniques to stimulate and encourage student learning potential. All training programs are supported by case studies, group discussion, exercises and role-play to involve participants. Presentation materials include electronic Data-Show presentations with graphical explanations and videos where appropriate. Student Manuals and Presentational Materials are to the highest quality and standards. Manuals are designed to be a useful course reference and also useful and practical for 'follow through' learning and as a guide within the workplace.
Assessments of students' performance and capabilities are provided for client feedback and measurement. Student evaluations are also provided for the client's overall performance measurement of Abar Solutions as an effective and quality Provider. Practical, 'Hands On' and 'On the Job' Training can be arranged where suitable facilities are available.
Training venues
Training may be conducted at any suitable agreed venue with the normally-expected facilities or it can be held in our training center.

Abar Solutions Training and Development Proposals contain the required Course Outline, Full CV of the proposed Training Consultant who will conduct the Course, together with the cost of the Training Program and any other associated costs.
